Job summary

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company empowering customers with scalable compute. We seek a strategic thinker to size AI compute demand, forecast capacity, and guide capital allocation across Colo, owned builds, and modular deployments.

You’ll build pricing models, track forecast accuracy, and present actionable market insights to the CFO and executive team. A strong background in finance, analytics, and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in demand planning, supply/capacity planning, or quantitative finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills and comfort building a credible view of the market.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting tools and techniques (e.g. time series, regression, scenario modeling)
• Experience synthesizing external market and competitive information with internal deal-level data
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with a track record of turning numbers into narratives that influence senior decision makers
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or a related analytical field; MBA or Masters in Analytics a plus

Responsibilities

• Size the total addressable market for AI compute and demand trends across buyers and consumption.
• Build and maintain the long-term forecast for AI compute and power capacity demand.
• Recommend the mix of Colo, owned builds, and Spark deployments by segment; inform capital decisions.
• Develop a pricing forecast model using demand signals; track forecast accuracy and drivers.
• Build the business case for build-ahead vs build-to-order at the portfolio level.
• Translate market views and scaling plans into material briefs for the CFO, Board, and executives.
