Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Manager to lead a lean Finance Learning and Development team, shaping onboarding, early career development, and senior finance training. You will drive curriculum development, communications workflows, change management, and maintain learning systems across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with Finance Leaders and RTX Corporate to align strategies, manage programs, and deliver high-impact training while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in related roles.
• Experience in Finance, Learning & Development, and program execution.
• Willingness to travel for key programs and engagements.
• Experience instructing and developing learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a finance learning team of 2, overseeing onboarding, training, and operations.
• Drive strategy and oversee all Finance learning initiatives.
• Partner with Finance SBUs to deliver aligned training.
• Coordinate in-person Finance Critical Thinking programs.
• Publish quarterly Finance training and manage learning metrics.
• Coach instructors and manage communications.
