Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in technology leadership or project management.
• Experience delivering enterprise finance technology solutions within finance, accounting, or corporate reporting domains.
• Strong project and delivery management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and production support for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM platforms supporting enterprise finance functions.
• Manage and develop a team of 6 direct reports and 1 contractor, providing coaching, performance management, and leadership direction.
• Partner with Corporate Financial Reporting and Controller teams to translate accounting, financial, and reporting needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Oversee systems supporting general ledger, financial close, account reconciliation, tax reporting, and board-level reporting (10Q/10K).
• Drive execution of key initiatives aligned to corporate finance transformation and long-term strategic goals.
• Manage backlog, enhancements, and production support activities to ensure system reliability and responsiveness.
• Lead Agile delivery practices, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative improvement.
• Ensure timely evaluation and implementation of Oracle Cloud monthly and quarterly updates and patches.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor across business and technology teams.
• Monitor delivery metrics, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster a high-energy, collaborative team environment and provide stability within a team that has experienced leadership transition.
