Job summary

enGen seeks a senior leader to manage the Oracle ERP Cloud suite, overseeing Finance, Supply Chain, and PPM with responsibility for day-to-day support and strategic initiatives. You will lead onshore, offshore, and third-party vendors, acting as the application owner for Oracle ERP Cloud and related finance systems.

You will direct operations and shape future implementations, balancing steady state needs with transformative projects to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• 7 years of managing successful projects and implementing technical solutions across a Cloud technology platform.
• 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• 5 years with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar Cloud ERP technology (implementation and/or support).
• Proj./PMP certification and Oracle certifications are preferred.
• ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, rewards, performance management, and staff development.
• Design and lead the implementation and maintenance of the finance system and solutions portfolio.
• Coordinate system enhancements and quarterly cloud upgrades for performance, data integrity, and reliability.
• Ensure financial modules operate effectively and quality measures are in place and monitored.
• Lead and develop a skilled team with deep cloud technology knowledge onshore and offshore.
• Manage relationships with major Finance IT vendors and service providers to meet organizational needs cost-effectively.
• Assess the financial IT services portfolio for costs, risks, and business contribution.
