You will support assessment, workshops, and define problem statements, design to-be flows, and perform fit-gap analyses, with emphasis on Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA required; 3 years may count in lieu of education
• 2+ implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials)
• 7–8 years in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance Processes
• Experience designing and configuring GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management
• Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, Smart View) and month-end close

Responsibilities

• Support assessment, discovery, and workshops; help define problem statements
• Review/analyze requirements and create to-be flows; perform fit-gap analyses
• Create detailed design documentation and test Oracle ERP Cloud solutions
• Collaborate with team and client stakeholders to ensure successful finance transformations
