Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials & EPM Integration Manager to drive strategy, governance, and ownership of Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Cloud EPM. You will partner with Finance leadership to lead enterprise finance transformation, ERP modernization, and ongoing optimization of financial systems.

The role oversees functional teams, vendor relations, and ensures finance technology supports compliance, controls, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years leading or delivering enterprise ERP Financials solutions.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Oracle E-Business Suite or JD Edwards financial systems, including cloud transformation initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of accounting and finance processes, including Record-to-Report, financial close, controls, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise transformation programs with executive-level stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and manage system integrators and vendor partners.
• Experience balancing business requirements, controls, risk, cost, and delivery timelines in solution design decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the multi-year roadmap for Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Establish standards for financial structures, data governance, controls, and solution design while promoting a fit-to-standard approach.
• Partner with Finance, Audit, Risk, and Security teams to ensure compliance, access governance, and effective internal controls.
• Define business value metrics and track benefits realization, including close acceleration, reporting improvements, automation, and cost optimization.
• Lead enterprise finance transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization, migration planning, stabilization activities, and organizational readiness.
• Partner with Finance leaders to drive change management, process redesign, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
• Oversee finance-related workstreams including data conversion, reconciliations, reporting, integrations, testing, and cutover readiness.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and critical decisions across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
• Own the end-to-end Finance solution across Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Ensure alignment of accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning capabilities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, integration, and business teams to ensure secure, scalable, and supportable solutions.
• Collaborate with operational functions to ensure financial impacts of procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and order management processes are accurately reflected.
• Ensure reporting and analytics solutions support financial reporting, management reporting, forecasting, and close processes.

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager with Oracle Fusion Financials & EPM experience to help support and drive the strategy, delivery, governance, and long-term ownership of Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Cloud EPM. This role serves as the primary IT partner to Finance leadership, driving enterprise finance transformation initiatives, ERP modernization, and ongoing optimization of financial systems.

The ideal candidate combines deep finance systems expertise with strong leadership skills and experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs. • Maintain documentation, testing evidence, training materials, and audit-ready records to support compliance and long-term sustainability.

Required Qualifications

• CPA, CMA, Oracle certifications, or other relevant finance or technology credentials.
