Job summary

Bridgewater Bank invites students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program with the Finance team. This hands-on experience blends academic learning with real-world banking exposure, enabling interns to contribute to meaningful projects.

Interns will collaborate on innovative initiatives, participate in departmental meetings, and lead projects to present to the Intern Cohort and senior leadership. Program runs May 25, 2027 – August 20, 2027.

Qualifications

• Junior or senior enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Confident in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
