Job summary

Bridgewater Bank is seeking a motivated intern for its 2027 Summer Internship Program with the Corporate Accounting team in Minnesota. You will gain real-world banking experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and present your work to leadership.

The internship runs from May 25, 2027 to August 20, 2027. Candidates must be a 4-year bachelor’s student, authorized to work in the United States, and possess strong accounting knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be Juniors or Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical & Critical Thinking: ability to work independently and with a team.
• Presentation acumen: confidence in delivering presentations to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable vendor maintenance and setup as needed.
• Assist with processing of accounts payable invoices.
• Assist month-end close process, including general ledger analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams on innovative initiatives and projects.
