Job summary

Bridgewater Bank invites students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program within the Operations team, offering hands-on analytics, implementation, and processing support across Payment Risk, Products, and Deposit Operations.

Interns will collaborate on initiatives, attend departmental meetings, and present their work to peers and senior leadership during the May 25, 2027 – August 20, 2027 program.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to present clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Professional integrity and reliable, confidential handling of information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in projects related to product implementations, upgrades, and specification changes.
• Assist in analyzing data related to Treasury Management products and client activity.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing transaction volumes and trends for Wire, ACH, Mobile Capture, and Remote Deposit Capture.
• Shadow all areas of Operations and help with miscellaneous projects as needed.
