Job summary

Bridgewater Bank is offering a 2027 Summer Internship Program within the Finance team. This internship provides real-world banking experience, designed to supplement academic learning with meaningful corporate exposure. You will work on impactful projects, contribute to initiatives, and present findings to the Intern Cohort and leadership teams.

The program runs May 25, 2027 – August 20, 2027 and emphasizes collaboration, communication, and professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be juniors or seniors enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Bridgewater employees on innovative initiatives aligned with our vision.
• Participate in departmental meetings to gain insight into strategic decision-making.
• Lead individual projects and present work to the Intern Cohort and to Operational and Senior Leadership Teams.
