Bridgewater Bank invites talented students to apply for its 2027 Summer Internship in the Human Resources Team. The program is designed to provide real-world banking experience, project assignments, and exposure to leadership meetings, with an emphasis on growth and practical corporate learning.

Duration runs May 25, 2027 – August 20, 2027, offering hands-on involvement in HR activities, collaboration with Bridgewater employees, and an opportunity to present成果 to the Cohort and senior leadership

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, etc.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
• Organizational skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality in HR matters.
• Strong analytical and presenting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
