Mars, Incorporated invites you to join the Mars SDxFinance Internship Experience in Franklin, TN. You will work with finance teams to drive analytics, participate in project-based assignments, and learn through real business problems.

Ideal candidates are finance or accounting majors, eager to learn, able to relocate, and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Summer interns may have a path to full-time through MFLE after graduation.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting majors preferred.
• Eligible to intern summer before final graduation date.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to Franklin, TN site.

Responsibilities

• Assist finance teams in driving analytics and adopting next-gen applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver project-based assignments with visibility to senior leadership.
• Develop data storytelling, analysis, process optimization and stakeholder alignment skills.
