Mars, Incorporated in Franklin, Tennessee invites talented finance students to join the Summer 2027 SDx Finance Internship. You will gain exposure to analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and data storytelling with a path to full-time MFLE after graduation.

This program offers mentorship, training, and a chance to contribute to Mars’ digital agenda, while working on real business problems in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Agile students with drive for results and willingness to relocate.
• Majoring in Finance, Accounting or related business fields.
• Eligible to intern the summer prior to final graduation date.
• Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without sponsorship.
• Employment is contingent upon successful drug & background screening.

Responsibilities

• Unlock analytics capabilities and help mold usage of next generation applications and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments with visibility to senior leadership.
• Build capability in data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Potential to join MFLE program post-graduation after internship and evaluation.
