Job summary

Mars, Incorporated offers a 10-week Finance Internship Experience to gain exposure across analytics, processes and next-gen applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, build data storytelling and project ownership skills, and have visibility to senior leadership within the organization.

The program provides mentorship, Mars University resources, and a potential full-time path via the Mars Leadership Experience (MFLE) after graduation, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Agile students with drive for results and a quick relationship builder.
• Passion for consumer products; majors in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• Internship prior to final graduation date (rising seniors).
• Willingness to relocate to the internship site.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Drug and background screening required.
• Personal transportation to and from the internship site.

Responsibilities

• Help our finance teams drive our digital agenda by unlocking analytics capabilities, processes and helping to mold the usage and adoption of next-generation applications and technologies.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive value through tangible, project-based assignments (vary depending on business need) with visibility to senior leadership within the organization
• Build capability in sought after skills including but not limited to data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, senior leader communication, project ownership and stakeholder alignment
