Job summary

Mars Incorporated invites talented students to join our SDx Finance Internship in Franklin, Tennessee. You will help drive analytics, work on value-adding projects with senior leaders, and build skills in data storytelling, analysis, and process optimization during a 10-week summer program.

We look for agile, results-driven students majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related fields who are ready to relocate and are legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Agile mindset with drive for results and a quick learner.
• Passion for the consumer products industry and related business fields.
• Eligible to intern in the summer before final graduation date; willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; successful drug & background screening.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Mars’ digital agenda by analytics and next-gen applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based work with senior leadership visibility.
• Develop data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Possibly transition to full-time in MFLE program after graduation and evaluation.
