Qualifications
- Agile students with drive for results.
- Pursuing Finance, Accounting or related business fields.
- Internship during the summer before final graduation date.
- Willingness to relocate to the role site.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Drug and background screening required.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to analytics, processes and next-generation applications in Mars Finance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive value through projects with visibility to senior leadership.
- Develop data storytelling, analysis, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Potential to join the MFLE program full-time after graduation based on performance.
