Job summary

Mars, Incorporated invites applications for a Summer 2027 Finance Internship across our North American sites. As an Associate intern, you will support finance teams, gain exposure to analytics, and collaborate on project-based efforts with visibility to senior leaders.

You will develop data storytelling, analysis, and process optimization skills while potentially qualifying for the Mars Finance Leadership Experience program after graduation. Relocation to internship sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date (typically rising seniors).
• Willingness to relocate to the internship site.
• Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to finance analytics and digital applications within Mars’ Finance teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive value through project-based assignments with exposure to senior leadership.
