Job summary

Mars Internship Experience is a 10-week summer program offering hands-on exposure to finance analytics, digital initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration.

Interns work on project-based assignments with visibility to senior leaders and receive mentorship, training, and networking opportunities throughout the experience. Eligible students should be pursuing Finance or Accounting majors and be prepared to relocate and work in the U.S. for the summer.

Qualifications

• Agile student with drive for results and a willingness to learn.
• Passionate about consumer products; pursuing Finance, Accounting, or related business fields.
• Eligible to intern the summer before final graduation date (rising seniors).
• Willingness to relocate to the role site.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Background/drug screening required; transportation to site.
• Open to candidates legally allowed to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Help finance teams drive our digital agenda by unlocking analytics capabilities and adopting next generation applications and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive value through project-based assignments with visibility to senior leadership.
• Build capability in data storytelling, analysis, process optimization, senior leader communication, project ownership and stakeholder alignment.
