  • Completed introductory finance and accounting coursework.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday) is a plus.

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis on company performance, trends, and key metrics.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
  • Help reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Maintain financial databases and track KPIs.
  • Support audit preparation by gathering and organizing financial documentation.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Assist in creating presentations and materials for internal financial reviews.
