Job summary

CCMC is seeking an Integration Analyst to lead end-to-end finance integrations from Day 1 readiness through post-close stabilization. The role centers on data mapping, Sage Intacct conversion, and balance sheet transition, coordinating with treasury, corporate accounting, and acquired entity teams to ensure auditable and accurate results.

You will build repeatable playbooks across acquisitions, onboard entities to the corporate close and FP&A processes, and support ASC 805/842 initiatives while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of accounting or general ledger experience, including 2+ years in acquisition integration, transaction services, technical accounting, or audit.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%, including on-site work at acquired companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance integrations from Day 1 readiness through post-close stabilization.
• Map data and convert to Sage Intacct, ensuring reconciled and audit-ready results.
• Transform and transition sub-ledger and balance sheet in line with corporate policy.
• Prepare opening balance sheets and support ASC 805/ ASC 842 processes.
• Onboard acquired entities to corporate close, FP&A budgets, and management reviews.
• Develop playbooks and templates for repeatable integration across acquisitions.
