Job summary

Ventura Community Partners is seeking an Integration Analyst to lead end-to-end finance integrations for acquired companies. You will manage Day 1 readiness, data mapping to Sage Intacct, and post-close stabilization, ensuring accurate conversions and audit-ready results.

The role requires experience in acquisition integration, GAAP, and cross-functional coordination with treasury, accounting, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of accounting or general ledger experience, including 2+ years in acquisition integration, transaction services, technical accounting, or audit.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%, including on-site work at acquired companies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance integration from Day 1 readiness to post-close stabilization.
• Build and manage finance integration plans, milestones, risks, and governance reporting.
• Oversee data mapping, system conversion, and Sage Intacct loading and validation.
• Transition AP processes, revenue recognition, and balance sheet alignment with corporate policy.
• Prepare opening balance sheets, intercompany reconciliations, and ASC 805/842 workstreams.
• Onboard acquired entities to corporate close calendars and FP&A processes.
• Train acquired finance staff on corporate systems and procedures.
