Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field.
- CCP certification preferred.
- 7+ years of compensation work experience.
- 5+ years using compensation systems/tools (e.g., Workday, Excel).
- 2+ years interacting with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation workstreams for mergers and acquisitions.
- Support due diligence, integration planning, and onboarding for transactions.
- Analyze compensation, equity, benefits, and retention programs.
- Develop title mapping, leveling, and compensation placement recommendations.
- Contribute to annual compensation planning and governance projects.
- Prepare executive-ready analyses and dashboards for leadership.
