Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a results-driven Finance (F&I) Manager in Wayland, MA to oversee loan origination and the presentation of protection products. You will partner with sales to move deals efficiently and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining strong lender relationships.

The role emphasizes fast, compliant processing and the ability to offer tailored finance options, with a track record of excellence in customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in RV/automotive or Powersports finance is preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections and present financial products clearly.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer loan origination and approval process from start to finish.
• Present financial products such as service contracts, GAP, credit insurance and other products.
• Partner with sales management to move deals through the purchase process.
• Maintain accurate monthly performance reporting.
• Finalize financial transactions quickly while following legal and ethical practices.
• Establish and maintain strong relations with customers and lending partners.
• Identify and provide solution-based finance options for customers.
• Prepare all federal and state required paperwork and coordinate with corporate finance.
