General RV in Detroit, MI is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the customer loan origination and approval process from start to finish, presenting products and securing financing for RV buyers. You will partner with sales to move deals through the purchase process and maintain accurate monthly reporting.

This role requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and collaboration with lending partners to finalize transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• RV/automotive sales finance experience preferred.
• Ability to overcome sales objections.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer loan origination and approval process from start to finish.
• Present financial products such as service contracts, GAP, credit insurance, and other products.
• Partner with sales management to move deals through the purchase process.
• Maintain accurate monthly performance reporting.
• Finalize financial transactions quickly while following legal and ethical practices.
• Establish and maintain relations with customers and lending partners.
• Identify and provide finance options for customers.
• Prepare all required paperwork and coordinate with corporate finance.
