General RV Center in Utah is seeking a Finance (F&I) Manager to oversee loan origination and approval processes, and to present financial products to customers. You will work with the sales team to move deals through the purchase process and finalize transactions in a compliant manner.

The role requires detail orientation, strong communication, and experience in RV or automotive financing. We offer uncapped earning potential, bonuses, travel incentives, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• RV/Automotive or powersports industry experience preferred.
• Ability to overcome sales objections.
• Dealertrack and AppOne experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the customer loan origination and approval process from start to finish.
• Present financial products such as service contracts, protection plans, GAP, credit insurance and other products.
• Partner with sales management to move deals through the purchase process.
• Maintain accurate monthly performance reporting.
• Finalize financial transactions quickly while following legal and ethical practices.
• Establish and maintain strong relations with customers and lending partners.
• Identify and provide finance options for customers.
• Prepare all federal and state required paperwork for financial transactions with corporate finance.
