Job summary

Toyota of North Canton, part of Five Star Automotive Group, is seeking an Experienced Finance Manager for its Finance and Insurance Department. The role focuses on arranging financing, presenting add-on products, and ensuring profitability while complying with all laws.

Qualifications

Degree in finance or equivalent experience preferred.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Experience structuring deals for profitability.
Familiarity with title laws and registration processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide financing recommendations and assist customers with financing arrangements.
Present additional product offerings to enhance ownership experience.
Structure sales for maximum profitability.
Maintain required certifications for the position.
Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals.
Ensure all deals comply with laws and regulations.
Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.
