Sames Auto Group in Texas is seeking an enthusiastic Finance & Insurance Manager to drive new and used vehicle financing, promote insurance and warranty products, and maintain customer loyalty. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in automotive finance and insurance, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and excels at customer service, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager experience.
• Proficiency with CDK, CRM and other tools is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Secure financing for new, used vehicles and in-house financed vehicles.
• Promote sales, insurance and warranty products to buyers.
• Maintain Owner loyalty and protect the Dealer's investment.
• Promote and maintain customer and employee satisfaction.
• Maintain good working relationships with all dealership departments.
• Maintain a positive working environment including customer satisfaction.
