Toyota of North Canton is seeking an Experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance and Insurance team. You will help customers secure financing, present add-ons, and structure deals to optimize profitability while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Ability to structure deals for maximum profitability while complying with laws.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations to customers to arrange financing and present additional product offerings.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability and ensure lender approval.
• Maintain required certifications and continuously update knowledge.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions and close deals.
• Ensure deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Audit team deals post-sale and identify improvement opportunities.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.
