Toyota of North Canton, part of Five Star Automotive Group, is seeking an Experienced Finance Manager for its Finance and Insurance Department. The role focuses on arranging financing, presenting add-on products, and ensuring profitability while complying with all laws.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Experience structuring deals for profitability.
• Familiarity with title laws and registration processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide financing recommendations and assist customers with financing arrangements.
• Present additional product offerings to enhance ownership experience.
• Structure sales for maximum profitability.
• Maintain required certifications for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with laws and regulations.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
