Daily tasks include submitting deals to lenders, making credit decisions, auditing team deals post-sale, and ensuring funding timelines. A professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping customers arrange financing and presenting additional products to enhance ownership experience.
• Structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Proficient with title laws and the registration process.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Accurately audit team deals post-sale.
• Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.
