Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
• Ensure every deal aligns with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals.
• Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.
