Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing

• Accurately desks deals and submits to lenders for approval
• Make credit decisions and close deals
• Ensure deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals
• Audit team deals post-sale for improvements
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts
