Media Recruiting Group in New York is seeking an Events Coordinator to lead the logistical organization and execution of sponsored corporate events. The role focuses on coordinating sponsors and speakers, testing platforms, and delivering smooth hybrid or virtual experiences for high-profile audiences.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excels in fast-paced settings, and holds a BA/BS. Experience with Zoom, Cvent, or BigMarker is preferred, and the role involves collaboration

Qualificações

• Experience in an events role with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience with virtual or hybrid event platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with sponsors and speakers to track deadlines and assets.
• Coordinate prep calls with speakers and test event equipment.
• Maintain registration lists and report on virtual event metrics.
• Assist in producing both virtual and in-person events across all stages.
• Assist with event materials alongside marketing and design teams.
• Input and maintain online agenda/website during event promotion.
• Order event materials and manage inventory (gifts, badges, etc.).
• Participate in event meetings with project management responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
