The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Corps Accountant to manage financial transactions and daily accounting operations. You will oversee the SAGE Accounting program, ensure accuracy of ledgers, and coordinate donor-related reconciliations.

You will also administer HR-related tasks, process payroll for Area Command employees, and liaise with local units to maintain financial integrity. Prior nonprofit accounting experience is valued.

Qualificações

• Experience recording financial transactions and maintaining records.
• Familiar with SAGE Accounting or similar double-entry system.
• Ability to supervise accounting records and ensure accuracy.
• Knowledge of donor reconciliation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in receipting, bank deposits, and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare bank deposit slips and daily receipt summaries.
• Ensure all checks are stamped with a deposit stamp.
• Enter receipts into accounting records after processing.
