Job summary

Rogo is seeking a seasoned front-office finance professional to lead tailored demonstrations of our AI platform for investment workflows. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape GTM motions, translate market needs into product insights, and build consultative relationships with prospective clients.

You will define success criteria, design proof-of-value exercises, and drive evidence-based deals from first conversations to win.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years front-office experience at a top-tier investment bank, PE firm, or hedge fund.
• Deep fluency in investors' workflows—diligence, modeling, valuation, IC prep, and deal execution.
• Executive presence to build credibility with senior stakeholders across finance.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into actionable Rogo solutions for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Structured, outcome‑oriented approach: define success criteria and build the business case.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead tailored demos of Rogo's platform for investment workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve GTM and product strategy.
• Build trusted relationships in early sales conversations to shape evaluations.
• Design proof-of-value exercises aligned with client workflows and outcomes.
• Develop demo environments and enablement materials to win more business.
• Translate customer feedback into product enhancements and market insights.
