Job summary

Rogo is seeking an investment banking expert to design and lead tailored demos, translating AI into real impact across core banking workflows. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive GTM, while speaking the language of bankers and building trusted relationships with senior leaders.

You will map customer needs to Rogo's platform, design proof‑of‑value exercises, and help shape product direction. A background in IB and AI curiosity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of investment banking experience at a top-tier investment bank.
• Strong command of core banking workflows — financial modeling, valuation, M&A, capital markets, due diligence, and client presentations.
• Executive presence and the ability to build credibility with senior bankers and financial services leaders, from analysts up through MDs and Group Heads.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, whether leading a polished product demo or explaining complex financial concepts on the fly.
• The ability to connect a prospect's specific business problems to Rogo's solutions and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A structured, outcome-oriented approach: comfort defining success criteria, scoping evaluations, and building the business case that gets a deal over the line.
• A genuine curiosity about AI and conviction about how it will reshape investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead tailored demos of Rogo's platform, translating AI capabilities into real impact across core banking workflows — company research, financial modeling, valuation, M&A advisory, capital markets, and client deliverables.
• In every sales cycle, paint the vision of what 'fully deployed' looks like for each bank: Rogo as core to how their teams research, pitch, and execute.
• Partner directly with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive our GTM motion and continuously improve the product.
• Be the voice of the prospective customer — bringing what the market is asking for, and firsthand investment banking expertise, into our product development philosophy.
• As a domain and GTM leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, understand and anticipate how bankers work — building trusted, consultative relationships that establish Rogo's credibility, shape the evaluation, and win the deal.
• Design proof-of-value exercises that justify the deal — mapping Rogo's capabilities to each bank's specific coverage groups, product areas, and deal workflows so that the use cases feel bespoke to their firm.
• Develop best-in-class demo environments, banking use cases, and enablement materials that showcase how Rogo fits into real investment banking workflows and help the broader team win more business.
• Translate customer feedback, banking workflows, and market trends into actionable insights that sharpen the platform and strengthen our competitive advantage.
