Arcadis is seeking a Financial Project Assistant to support project administration for multiple project managers in the Buffalo, NY area. You will interact with the Project Controller and Finance Manager on contracts and project financials.
Responsibilities include invoicing, financial reporting, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project forecasts. A degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is required; 1–3+ years' experience preferred.

You will have regular interaction with the Project Controller and Finance Manager regarding contracts and project specific financials and metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. They should be highly motivated and demonstrate a drive to pursue continual innovative improvements in processes. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities are essential, with the capability to work effectively under time constraints, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously. Additionally, the candidate must exhibit excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $42,480 - $63,720 per year. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
