Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group seeks a Finance Manager to lead the finance and insurance process for new and used vehicles at our Raleigh dealership. You will work to secure financing, present protection products, and ensure accurate financing paperwork while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have strong listening and communication skills, an associates degree or equivalent experience, and a proven ability to manage paperwork with precision in a fast-paced automotive

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest-facing skills.
• Ability to learn and use dealership software.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Organized with strong time management and paperwork accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sell finance/insurance programs and after-sale protection items.
• Finalize transactions with accurate paperwork and funding.
• Ensure compliance with regulations affecting finance and vehicle sales.
• Provide professional guest service and product explanations.
• Assist guests and coworkers with dealership processes.
