Job summary

EasyCare Recruiting seeks an Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I Manager) for our Raleigh team. The role emphasizes compliant F&I operations, leadership, and training new talent to deliver outstanding customer service and maximize product penetration.

Responsibilities include contracting deals, verifying financing paperwork, obtaining lender approvals, coordinating extended warranty sales, and staying current with lender programs and rate options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of F&I experience is required.
• Experience with contracts, lending paperwork, and financing processes.
• Strong focus on compliance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business and sell F&I products.
• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Check and verify cash, finance or loan paperwork.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
