Job summary

Easycare in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking an Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead our F&I team, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding customer service. This leadership role requires deep product knowledge, meticulous paperwork, and the ability to train bright new staff.

You will train new talent, contract deals, and work with lenders to secure financing, while optimizing product penetration and profitability of the dealership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year F&I experience.
• Competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business and sell F&I products.
• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
