Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of finance and product sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending, F&I products, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and aftermarket options.
• Build trust by presenting products clearly, professionally, and transparently.
• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing and approvals.
• Maximize finance and product performance while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Partner closely with the Sales Team to create a seamless transition from the showroom to the finance office.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.
• Represent The Hanania Way through integrity, accountability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
