Qualifications

• Extensive sales experience: 5+ years in automotive dealerships.
• 1–2 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organization; MS Office and internet skills.
• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor with a solutions-oriented approach and growth mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background & drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team with coaching and reviews.
• Set and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through planning and motivation.
• Develop and implement sales strategies; manage inventory, budgeting, forecasting.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by monitoring ratings and addressing concerns.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and automotive sales laws.
• Oversee completion of sales paperwork and contracts accurately and timely.
• Promote professionalism and accountability; align with marketing and service goals.
• Conduct regular sales training and keep staff updated on practices.
