Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending, F&I products, and compliance.
• Proven track record of finance and product sales performance.
• Willingness to learn the F&I process and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and aftermarket options.
• Build trust by presenting products clearly, professionally, and transparently.
• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing and approvals.
• Partner with the Sales Team to create a seamless showroom-to-finance transition.
