Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. In this role, you will become an AI coach, crafting compelling questions on Finance-related topics and assessing the writing of other contributors doing the same.

Services You Will Provide

• Assess the factuality and relevance of texts produced by AI models using your domain expertise.
• Craft and answer questions related to your field to help train AI models.
• Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI models.

Required Expertise

• PhD, Master's Degree, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Finance or related field.
• English language fluency, both written and spoken.

Desirable Expertise

• AI and machine learning knowledge.
• Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar.

Payment

Pay rates range from $30 to $40 per hour USD, depending on expertise, skills, location, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, lower rates or incentives may apply. Review payment terms for each project.
