Job summary

Siemens Energy North America invites early career professionals to join the Finance Excellence Academy, a 24-month rotational program across key finance areas. You will complete four sequential six-month assignments in locations such as Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh, and Charlotte, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong professional network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field graduating by May 2027.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Interest in data analytics and corporate functions.
• Excellent communication skills; translate data into insights.
• Preferred experience with Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and/or Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial analysis, and reporting across rotations.
• Analyze financial and operational data using Excel, Power BI, SAP and other systems to deliver insights.
• Partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to improve reporting and performance.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Build finance and leadership capabilities through mentorship and collaboration across the organization.
