Job summary

Siemens Energy offers a 24-month Finance Excellence Academy rotation designed to develop early career professionals. You will experience four sequential 6-month assignments across Financial Accounting, FP&A, and more, with locations including Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh, and Charlotte.

You will partner with finance leaders, perform forecasting and analysis, and gain exposure to tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP while contributing to process improvements and AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must graduate by May 2027 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business field.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA and relevant prior work experience.
• Interest in data analytics and FP&A functions.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with PowerBI, SAP or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and financial analysis across rotations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to deliver actionable insights via Excel, Power BI and SAP.
• Partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to improve reporting and performance.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation and AI-driven initiatives.
• Build finance and business capabilities through assignments and mentorship.
