Job summary

Siemens Energy North America invites students to join the Finance Excellence Academy Internship for Summer 2027. Based in locations such as Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh, or Charlotte, you will gain hands-on experience across finance functions and live real-world projects.

As an FEA intern, you will rotate in a single finance area, learn about Siemens Energy products, and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and financial analysis with guidance from a dedicated mentor.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field, graduating by May 2028.
Minimum 3.2 GPA.
Experience with Excel and data tools (PowerBI, Snowflake, Alteryx) preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

Support finance functions through forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and analytics.
Assist management reporting and financial analysis for business decisions.
Use Excel, Power BI, SAP, and data tools to analyze data and communicate insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors to develop skills.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
