Job summary

The University of Washington's Finance, Planning, and Budgeting (FPB) team seeks a Business Systems Analyst to drive implementation and governance of enterprise financial systems. The role focuses on Workday Financials, data solutions, and reporting to support GAAP compliance and institutional decision making.

You will partner with finance, IT, and data governance teams to design, test, deploy, and post-production support complex ERP configurations, ensuring robust data models and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in finance, accounting systems and ERP.
• Experience with modern ERP systems (Workday Financials) including reporting, testing and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Experience with GAAP, GASB, Uniform Guidance, or audit-related reporting.
