Job summary

Florida Polytechnic University is seeking a Workday Financial Planning Analyst to architect, build, and maintain the institution's financial planning framework using Workday Adaptive Planning. You will design interactive dashboards, driver-based models, and automated reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making across the university.

The role combines deep Workday expertise with strong financial acumen, stakeholder communication, and a focus on governance and AI-enabled FP&A

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting.
Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or a comparable ERP/CPM platform.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain adaptive planning models, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
Own annual operating budget process and rolling forecasts with scenario analysis.
Publish variance analyses with clear narratives for executive audiences.
Ensure data integrity and governance across planning structures and integrations.
Provide training and change management support for budget managers and departments.
Explore AI-enabled planning features and pilot new tools while ensuring governance.
