Job summary

Herschend is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning administration for the Enterprise, serving as the bridge between Technology and Finance to optimize processes.

In this role you will govern the system, drive configuration and upgrades, collaborate with Accounting and FP&A, develop training and documentation, and support mission-critical reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise financial systems experience in a mid-large size business at a managerial level.
• Experience implementing larger scale systems as a key or Core team member.
• Strong foundation in GAAP, general ledger accounting, close processes, AP/AR and accounting internal controls.
• Strong project management abilities and clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning administration and governance.
• Drive system optimization, configuration, and security governance.
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting to improve processes and reporting.
• Coordinate testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Develop system documentation and training materials.
• Manage change, rollout, and issue triage with stakeholders.
